Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars are a rich and creamy dessert that combines the luscious flavor of dulce de leche with a smooth cheesecake filling, all on a buttery crust.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and salt.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust and drizzle with dulce de leche. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
  6. Once chilled, cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade dulce de leche.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
