Easy Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin to the beef. Cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll up and place seam side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
