- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin to the beef. Cook until onions are translucent.
