Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon with brown sugar to create the cinnamon swirl mixture.
  6. Fill the muffin cups about halfway, add a spoonful of the cinnamon mixture, then top with more batter.
