An easy and delicious corn pudding casserole recipe that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a unique twist.

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cornmeal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cream-style corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and milk.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and melted butter together.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or cheese on top.
