Easy Crack Breakfast Casserole

An easy and delicious breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Layer the cubed bread in a greased baking dish, followed by the meats and cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring everything is coated.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and use additional vegetables.
