  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked bacon, cheese, and cubed bread to the egg mixture.
