Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball; remove from heat.
  4. Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
