- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add ground turkey and cook thoroughly.
- Add onion, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning to the skillet and mix well.
