A delightful sandwich featuring egg salad, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, all served in a flaky croissant.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. Chop the eggs and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.
  3. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and layer with egg salad, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
