  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 pound onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the apple cider, potatoes, carrots, and onions.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
