  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped olives, roasted red peppers, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into a log shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
  5. While the log is chilling, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  6. Once the cream cheese log is set, roll it in the chopped turkey bacon to coat it completely.
