- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and place it in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the chicken, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Crumble the cooked turkey bacon on top of the chicken.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the bacon.
