  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken and place it in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the chicken, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Crumble the cooked turkey bacon on top of the chicken.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the bacon.
  9. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with spices.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
