- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Add melted butter and mix well. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a ladle of batter, swirling to coat the pan.
- Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate.
- For filling, sprinkle chopped turkey bacon, cheese, and chives on one half of each crêpe, then fold it over.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For sweeter crêpes, omit bacon and add cinnamon or vanilla to the batter.
- Chill crêpes in the fridge before serving to enhance flavor.
