Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear steak bites until brown, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy and tender.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to combine with the potatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
