- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out dough on a baking sheet. Make dimples with fingers.
- Mix garlic, Parmesan, rosemary, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
