  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Roll out dough on a baking sheet. Make dimples with fingers.
  7. Mix garlic, Parmesan, rosemary, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the dough.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool, slice, and serve.
