  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lavender, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and drizzle over cooled cookies.
