  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon culinary-grade lavender
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lavender to the butter mixture and combine well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over cooled cookies.
