  • 2 tablespoons butter for streusel

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix together the streusel ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over the top of the batter.
