  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup green goddess dressing
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, toast the bread slices.
  3. Spread mashed avocado on one slice of toasted bread.
  4. Add the green goddess dressing on top of the avocado.
  5. Layer spinach, cucumber, tomato, and crispy bacon on the dressing.
  6. Top with the second slice of toasted bread.
  7. Slice sandwich in half and serve immediately.
