Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup Green Goddess dressing
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Toast the whole grain bread slices.
  3. Spread mashed avocado on two slices of toasted bread.
  4. Add mixed greens and sliced tomatoes on top of the avocado.
  5. Place crispy turkey bacon over the veggies.
  6. Drizzle Green Goddess dressing over the bacon.
  7. Top with the remaining bread slices to assemble the sandwich.
  8. Slice in half and enjoy!
