Grilled Cheese Burrito

Indulge in the delightful combination of crispy grilled cheese and a cheesy burrito filling!

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one tortilla in it.
  2. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top of the tortilla.
  3. Add refried beans, rice, tomatoes, and cilantro evenly over the cheese.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and the second tortilla.
  5. Cook until the first tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip it to cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from skillet and slice.
