  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the spice mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  6. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
