Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll out into flatbreads.
  6. Grill the flatbreads for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Slice the peaches and grill them until they have grill marks.
