- 1 pound steak of your choice
- 1/4 cup Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- In a bowl, mix the Montreal steak seasoning, olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
- Coat the steak evenly with the marinade.
