  • 4 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked beef mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the beef.
  6. Layer the remaining potatoes on top.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
