  • 4 thighs chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs until browned on both sides.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the white wine, bring to a simmer, and reduce for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer everything into a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
  8. Serve warm.
