High Protein Italian Pasta Salad

A protein-packed twist on a classic Italian dish, featuring savory turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
