- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
