  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and honey over medium heat until warm.
  2. Add the dried lavender, stirring well.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove lavender.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
  8. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
