  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the English muffins until golden brown.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and vinegar to a simmer.
  3. Crack each egg into a small bowl and gently slide them into the simmering water.
  4. Poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes or until the whites are set.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a separate skillet until crispy.
  6. Assemble the Eggs Benedict by layering the ham, turkey bacon, and poached egg on top of each muffin half.
  7. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce and season with salt and pepper.
