- 1 pound sweet maple sausage
- 6 cups cubed day-old bread
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sweet maple sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
