Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Folds in the diced apples gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  10. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the cooled bread.
