Jalapeno Corn Coleslaw

This Jalapeno Corn Coleslaw recipe adds a zesty twist to your traditional coleslaw with the perfect kick of spice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, corn, jalapeno, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
