  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  4. As the bacon cooks, crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness.
  5. Slice the croissants in half and layer with spinach, turkey bacon, and eggs.
