Killer Maple Mustard Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until desired doneness.
  4. Mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard together.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the maple mustard on the croissant, adding bacon and eggs.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve warm.
