Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually add milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet and flatten slightly.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
