  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
