- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
