- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
