Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, frozen vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
