  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
