  • 4 large potatoes
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, turkey bacon, bell pepper, onion, and garlic powder.
