  • 90 grams granulated sugar
  • 30 grams all-purpose flour
  • 20 grams cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese, butter, and milk over low heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine melted mixture with egg mixture.
  5. Fold in flour, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake in a water bath for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Let cool and serve.
