  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy cream and mix until fluffy.
  4. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Top with sliced bananas, chocolate syrup, and crushed pineapple.
  6. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
