  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond milk, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to swell.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
