Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake

A delicious and healthy oatmeal bake with apples, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.

Notes
