  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet.
  4. Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  6. Reduce heat and return the chicken to the skillet.
  7. Add the remaining butter and stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
