One Pan Shakshuka: Easy Recipe with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham

One Pan Shakshuka

Enjoy a delicious and easy one-pan shakshuka made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chicken ham, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Make wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into the wells.
  5. Cover and cook until the eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • This recipe can be easily adapted with your favorite vegetables.
  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes.
