- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon shawarma spice blend
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
