- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm the milk and butter together until warm, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Add the eggs and orange zest, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
